JBK Home Inspections, LLC is owned and operated by Gerald "Jerry" Urich, your certifed home inspector. He is a member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), an Air Force Veteran, and also spent 28 years in building maintenance at Richmond Community Schools.
